The challenge
The operator was running separate vendors for tickets, access media and retail, creating cost, inconsistency and stock risk at peak. They needed a single credential that handled entry, fast-track ride access and cashless payment - produced reliably at high volume and matched to their POS and access systems.
Our solution
We consolidated the program under one supplier: RFID wristbands engineered and encoded to their access and payment platforms, with branded artwork, serialisation and retail packaging. Production was planned around peak season with managed stock-holding to prevent gate stock-outs, and all bands were third-party tested to global safety standards.
